2-phase indirect microplate immuno-enzymatic technique used to detect IgG anti-Aspergillus antibodies in human serum or plasma. This assay is an aid for the diagnosis of patients at risk for Allergic Broncho-Pulmonary Aspergillosis (ABPA) and Chronic Pulmonary Aspergillosis (CPA).
It can also be used to monitor IgG concentration for ABPA and CPA at-risk patients.
