SaniSure® Bio-Ease+™ is a patented non-metallic sanitary clamp designed to meet the needs of various single-use applications in the pharmaceutical and bio-processing industries. Manufactured using a glass-reinforced, USP Class VI Nylon and designed to be used as a component for single-use transfer lines and a wide range of bio-process systems, these plastic clamps are much lighter than their stainless steel counterparts. SaniSure stocks a comprehensive inventory of sizes from Mini to 4″. Additionally, these clamps fit ASME BPE Tri-Clamp connections, ensuring compatibility with industry-standard equipment.

The SaniSure® Bio-Ease™ HD clamp is designed for critical fluid applications where regulatory compliance, seal integrity, and repeatability are of the utmost importance. Its is designed to handle higher pressures and be more secure than a standard pinch clamp. The material of construction is a USP Class VI white glass-filled nylon which can be autoclaved or gamma irradiated in cleanroom packaged kits. Bio-Ease HD clamps can also be used with reinforced hose such as our Pharma-Clear braided silicone.

Single-use Nalgene® Bottle Assemblies with one-piece molded tube-and-cap Cap2V8® are sterile and available in PETG, from 60 mL to 1 L, or in polycarbonate (PC) for 2 L.

Our standard 60 mL PETG bottles come with an 8-inch feed line with pinch clamp, dip tube, and 2-inch vent line. Our standard 125 mL to 1 L square PETG bottles and our 2 L round PC bottles come with an 18-inch feed line with pinch clamp, dip tube, and 4-inch vent line with hydrophobic vent.

Single-use PharmaTainer™ Bottle Assemblies with a one-piece molded tube-and-cap Cap2V8® are sterile and available both in PET or PC from 125 mL to 20 L.

Our standard 125 mL to 2 L bottles use our 48 CellGyn© or C-Flex© Cap2V8© with an 18-inch feed line with pinch clamp, dip tube, and 4-inch vent line with hydrophobic vent filter. Our standard 5 L to 20 L bottles use our 70 CellGyn© or C-Flex© Cap2V8© with a 24-inch feed line and the same additions

The SaniSure® Cap2V8® Shaker Flasks are designed specifically for Corning or Nalge® Shaker Flasks.

Our standard 43mm Cap2V8® for Corning Flasks is available in 500 mL and 1000 mL. Our 45-430 Cap2V8® for Nalge® Flasks is available from 125 mL to 2 L. The Cap2V8® for Shaker Flasks comes with two or three ports in TPE tubing. Customization is available upon request.

The SaniSure® Gamma Stable Stir Bars are the ideal product for simple agitation of biopharmaceutical process solutions.

Available standalone or integrated into a variety of container formats, they provide a simple mixing solution and process flexibility. SaniSure® Gamma Stable Stir Bars are available in various sizes to suit the desired container volume. They are Animal Derived Components Free, meet USP Class VI, and are lot traceable.

Small-Volume Single-Use Mixing Platform

We are changing the game for small-volume mixing with Mixed4Sure™—the best single-use, out-of-the-box bottle and carboy mixing platform specifically designed for commercial biopharmaceutical mixing.

Mixed4Sure™ Top Mount combines the Pronto impeller with our SaniSure® PharmaTainer™ bottles or other bottle formats from 5 L to 50 L to create a simple aseptic closed-system mixing platform.

Pharma-Line™ I tubing was developed to be compatible with all major brands of peristaltic pumps. It is manufactured exclusively in the USA from a bio-compatible thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) material and extruded to precise dimensional tolerances. Pharma-Line™ I provides an excellent alternative to silicone tubing when resistance to chemicals (such as acetone or methylene chloride) is a concern and generally has a much longer pump life than silicone. The SaniSure® PharmaTainer™ bottles are certified sterile SAL10-6, and every batch is tested and certified to meet USP788 (particles) and USP85 (endotoxins).
