N-glycan analysis has become a CQA for a number of therapeutic proteins. The N-glycan kit by Genetix is used for analysis of N-glycans present in mAbs by fast enzymatic release by PNGase F and rapid labeling by MS reagent. The labeled N-glycans can then be analyzed on UPLC-FLR based chromatographic system. The label is MS compatible, therefore, the N-glycan peaks can be easily characterized on LC-MS. The kit has reduced the sample preparation time from days in conventional methods to minutes. It can be used for analysis of all proteins containing N-glycans.
