DuoMix® benchtop magnetic mixing system consists of three parts: a control system, base with magnetic drive motor, weighing module, and supporting holder. The controller can support the connection of three stirring bases to drive three mixing units to work simultaneously to maximize efficiency. The drive unit and the mixing bag transmit power through magnetic coupling, which is easy to operate. Optional modules including pH and conductivity sensors, temperature sensors, temperature control units, and peristaltic pumps can be configured as required.
DuoMix® floor magnetic mixing system consists of a control cabinet, a tank, and a drive motor. The control cabinet is attached on the tank body as an integrated design. The drive motor and magnetic head are placed at the bottom of the tank body, and the weighing module is above the casters. The system is compatible with common impeller types on the market and can equipped with optional modules such as pH and conductivity sensors, temperature sensors, temperature control units, and peristaltic pumps. Also, the dimensions and structure are highly customizable to meet the needs of different processes.
DuoMix® benchtop and floor-standing magnetic mixing system software is designed with a user-friendly interface, supporting at least three levels of authorization, recipe editing, alarm function, sensor calibration function, data recording and export, and audit trail.

The system can generate speed-time curves, weight-time curves, pH-time curves, conductivity-time curves, temperature-time curves, and other graphs to visually display the dynamic changes in the sample. The system provides three ways to view process data: Dashboard, table, and graph;
View historical data, batch data, alarm data, and audit data online;
Support performing calibration of weighing, pH sensor, conductivity sensor, temperature and check and save calibration records;
DuoMix® features data upload and backup recovery functions: built-in over 100GB storage volume supports long-term data storage, and ensures data security and reliability;
Data export function: export in PDF format.
