Arun Prakash, our esteemed Chairman, Managing Director, and Promoter, is a pioneering force in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, with 35 years of experience shaping its evolution. Holding a Master’s degree in Chemistry from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur, he has been instrumental in driving innovation and business excellence.
In 1989, he founded Chemtech India, establishing one of India’s first dedicated warehouses for life sciences consumables, laying the foundation for a transformative journey in the sector. Today, he leads cross-functional teams, spearheads strategic decision-making, and oversees large-scale operations, including R&D, manufacturing, and commercialization.
His contributions have earned him prestigious recognition, including the Asia’s Greatest Leaders 2016 Award by Asia One. Beyond corporate leadership, he is committed to empowering SMEs, serving as the Honorary President of the Indian SME Forum’s Delhi Chapter.

Raminder Kaur – Driving Excellence in Biotechnology & Leadership
A distinguished leader in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, Raminder Kaur, our Promoter & Full-Time Director, brings 28 years of expertise in scientific innovation and business leadership. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Biochemistry from Delhi University, she has consistently pushed the boundaries of excellence in life sciences.
Recognized for her contributions, she was honored with the 2018 Science & Technology Leader of the Year Award by UBS Transformance. At our company, she plays a pivotal role in operational strategy, business growth, and fostering strong client relationships.
Leading a team of 100+ professionals, Raminder Kaur’s visionary leadership ensures operational efficiency, strategic decision-making, and continued innovation, propelling our company toward new heights in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
Poonam Deep, our esteemed Non-Executive Director, plays a vital role in upholding compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth within our company. With a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery from Magadh University and an Accelerated General Management Programme from IIM Ahmedabad, she brings a unique blend of medical expertise and business acumen to the table.
Her leadership extends to establishing and managing the manufacturing of medical devices and in-vitro diagnostics (IVDs), ensuring the highest standards of quality and innovation in healthcare solutions. With her guidance, our company continues to navigate the evolving landscape of biotechnology with precision and regulatory excellence.
Rakesh Kumar Dubey is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Uttar Pradesh and master’s degree in business administration from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Uttar Pradesh. He has completed the HBS Accion Program on Strategic Leadership for Microfinance from Harvard Business School in 2009. He has also received top 100 Most Influential BFSI Leaders Award in 2018 by World BFSI Congress & Awards. He has also received the certification from INSEAD for successful competition of Enterprise Leaders in VUCA World Programme. He was previously associated with SV Credit Line.
Navin Chandra Khanna is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh and a master’s degree in science from University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He also holds a doctorate in philosophy from AIIMS, New Delhi. He is the member of the advisory board of SGN Nanopharma. He is also the recipient of the prestigious Padma Shri award from the President of India. He is also the recipient of the awards like Om Prakash Bhasin Award awarded by Shri Om Prakash Bhasin Foundation Awards for Science and Technology, Winner of Scientist Award (2015) by Organisation of Pharmaceutical Producers of India and Vasvik Research Award by Vasvik. He was previously associated with International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology, a specialised agency forming part of United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund.
Samuel John Farrimond is the Non-Executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree of arts in finance and accounting from University of West England, England. He was previously associated with Towers and Watson.
