Thin walled PCR tube strips provide optimal heat transfer between the thermal cycler block and reaction mixture. They are certified RNase, DNase and human genomic DNA free. 0.2ml wells, made of polypropylene, working volume <200ul , total well capacity 300ul. The tubes on each strip are joined together by three links to make the strip more rigid and help reduce any chance of spillage. The caps are flat and optically clear. enabling fluorescence to pass through without affecting the signal. Each cap is separately joined to a tube making it impossible to cross contaminate another tube with the wrong cap.
